Why is Carter in the US, page-46

I will give some of my thoughts:

SC has no one else to blame for his current situation -

He has not delivered any no shareholder value
He has released announcement after announcement indicating progress when there has been no progress
IMO he has failed to meet reporting obligations
His believes and abilities have been found wanting
The consultants he has employed have not been up to the job they were employed for
He has overseen the share price .06 fall to .0045 and the shares on issue from 594,394,120 to 2,581,959,133 in just under 7 years
The sale of our only money making section of the business WC
Stated the BP situation would have an affect on SUDA - which is now costing well over $2m
And by all accounts stuffing up the MAA which looks like taking nearly two years instead of one year to be approved or thrown out


So looking at the above getting rid of the dead wood SC could not make anything worse - how anyone can still support him is beyond believe and claims that SUDA are in a better condition then a few years ago is just plain crap

AS for DP not had enough time to prove himself again imo is also crap - if as a lot on here keep saying the product line is excellent then he has had more than time to deliver
