Guess it depends on just how TOUGH the preferred OTer wants to be Rva.

Much of this comes down to just WHO the OTer is and do they want to be a business partner with one of the best future Lithium JVs (jmo And possibly a few others here !)

I say business partner as the AGY/Puna JV r hardly likely to disclose their proprietary process secrets to any other individual or company.

Obviously the best outcome for all is for some form of future development finance to be incorporated.

If AGY can tie up an OTer that’s happy to potentially participate in stage 3 then that also would suit AGY as that gets them to the 90% JV ownership as well as PA benefitting from the rather large 10% profit on stage 3 production as well as the future deal potential his process gets from any AGY deal, not that he would necessarily want to use this patented technology outside this JV. Things would become somewhat COMPLICATED if he did so imo. Hopefully he would just use this JV as a vehicle for potential future expansion.

Ultimately these OTers want reliable high quality product and it seems these guys can supply it given the last 2 annmnts. Short to medium term spodumene currently is experiencing issues so until this is sorted the AGY JV is in the box seat.

Get in early and one holds down that supply one would think.
