Forecasting on hope and charity is one thing, but actually seeing a visible reason for a forecast is another, as is found in the emergence of Saudi Arabia. No doubt others in the middle east district will look upon their venture too, and may decide to join them.
Right now I think its not so much a question of projecting a higher demand for phosphate, but a higher demand from market participants to make money out of it.
