Syntonic Brazil/Zenvia Acquisition
Syntonic will have by the end of 2018 acquired all the assets and business operations including the transfer of key employees and mobile carrier and content provider agreements
All based in Sao Paulo, Brazil the hub of technology innovation in Brazil
This deal gives Syntonic an end to end billing solution for developing nations who do not use credit cards and rely on e commerce solutions to enable on line transactions through their Telco accounts
It also gives Syntonic a solid foundation into South America with all four major Telcos in Brazil utilising the Zenvia MCP
The two platforms merged together in H1 2019 will give us an absolute complete solution for Telcos to participate in the $1.78 Trillion economy of online mobile transactions and the $183.8 Billion annual mobile advertising dollars
Once the platform merger is complete early next year the MCP & CSP will be licensed to carriers world wide as THE cross carrier solution
This acquisition was a very cost effective solution instead of trying to build in house as explained in the latest webinar
To think this just came out of the blue is laughable, as nothing in this world just happens for no reason
They came to Syntonic, and Zenvia wouldn't have done that without knowledge of what is happening within the Telco realm
Bigger play happening here in IMO, and cannot wait to see who the new Tier 1 Multinational is that we have just about ready to sign on the dotted line
