We must not forget that the gov't told the JV to sort it out "amicably" but after COP not attending any of the requested meetings, that was when FAR acted. So WPL would be wrong to think that the Senegal gov't is that naive and memory so short. Also remember that the Senegal gov't commented on PC's out burst once before.

All the latest changes could be just a last ditch desperate measure.
