Just IMO, but this is pretty straightforward. I understand why everyone has their own opinion and theory, but as in life and logic - the truth is more often simple than not.

What's has happened?
AUZ sp has tanked.

Will this low sp continue for the foreseeable future?
Yes.

So is AUZ finished?
No.

Why not?
Money is not infinite.

What are you on about??
Instos, sophs, right down to the average day trader only have a certain amount of money they can spread across their investments. If you're not a long-term holder and you have portfolio targets to hit, investors to satisfy, super funds to nurture (and in some cases having food on the table), you need a strategy that maximises returns.
As soon as there's sign of the BFS being delayed, these players will make a call - is AUZ still going to help me achieve x goal by x date? The answer is now likely no, so they will move their money elsewhere. They might very well go back to AUZ at a later date, but not until (based on their own judgement) they think AUZ is in a position to satisfy x goal by x date.

Simple stuff, if you're a long termer and can afford to wait, do it.

If you can't wait, sell out and try to buy back in closer to the BFS. The art is getting back in before the announcement that you're expecting actually arrives. This is obviously quite difficult to do, so a lot of people would prefer to long term hold. Which is tried and tested.

Just depends on your risk appetite, how much knowledge you have and how much you trust your ability and trust other people when investing your hard earned.
