No so sure if AMG want out....they wanted control and failed....they know the potential of the ground/area....they chose NIU after an extensive investment search
AMG has to date evaluated over 100 listed and unlisted Australian and overseas companies and has identified a short list ....AMG in October 2015 signed an Underwriting Agreement with NIU as above
