For what it’s worth, BB paid out MLM for sconi before SKI deal.
Cobalt 27 bought 1.5% Gross sales royalty for US$4.5 million ($6million AUD) AUZ bought 100% of FLEMINGTON for $6mil AUD.
I am not going to speculate why the funding arrangement parsite fund was used.
However, further facts:
Director’s shareholding’s
MR~68million shares
BB ~64million shares
ME ~18million shares
DM~44million shares
NW~20million shares
Total 214 million shares (just under 10%)
59 million shares aquired at 11.7c by directors on share loan plan ( 40million by BB)
