I remain a bit confused about this - if you had quite a few million to sell, would you deliberately hold the price down by placing an order at or above the current SP on public display every day? Surely large orders like this will be placed between brokers and outside the usual retail market?
This seems to me to be more of a deliberate strategy to cap the SP at or below current levels, perhaps to get a bigger % return on the dividend in a month or two? I don't know, just a bit confused on the tactics.
