If this is true then this is outreagous, and you have to question what some Opes clients have to gain by this. I know that there has been PR put out by both sides but this just makes Opes clients look like thugs. Maybe some are, but 99% of clients affected are just investors who have normal jobs, pay taxes and have families and just want things to be handled fairly and justly.
Can ASIC, ASX, Federal Police or anyone take control of this situation before the Australian financial community becomes any more of a laughing stock?
