Agree with @myASX . Lodge a complaint using https://portal.australiansuper.com/about-us/contact-us/email-us.aspx
It will go straight to the compliance team, plus whoever is on the compliance committee (including someone like a COO) rather than to the investment admin team who will be unwilling to do anything unless forced. Companies don't like things sitting on the complaints register unresolved for too long and if it's lodged as an official complaint it will not be considered resolved until you agree it is.
