SDJ, the board's slate is clean. The SP comment on the chairman's statement today however is a flag that I have marked on their timeline.
Shareholders have made it extremely clear that the share price performance along with management's results in the past were the primary concerns. So much so that a new board was put in place. Today's comment, however small, completely ignores and trivialises shareholder concerns, this is not how you build trust between shareholders.
We have been fair and will continue to give management the time and space needed to carry out their jobs to the best of their abilities, in return however I would expect management to respect loyal shareholders who have watched their shares plummet to a low not seen in 5 years.
This is my vent and it will be the last time I will touch upon this issue. Cheers
