    Its not hard if you have a young executive team that does not remember the recession, asian financial crisis, dot.com bust, LTCM bust and the GFC 10 years ago.

    Yes...there are many textbook case studies and documentries. But unless you experienced first hand in life...its hard to forget....thats called life experience i guess.

    You learn from mistakes and bad experience.
