My Comment: With 90M barrels net to FAR phase 1 that is NPV $1.1B - double current mkt Capless whatever they need to give away to get finance deal over the line. 0.1B? i.e. some significant growth in SP is expected if you expect oil price to remain around current level long term average as I do.
