I doubt that it would create 50 plus goals in games often however it would mean more 40 plus games.
Just seems to me to be a far more simple possible solution than playing around with having double goal squares etc.

..and or ..paying a goal if it touches the post as long as it goes through or a point if it goes thru off the point post?
