They have one shipload at the stockpiles and to my understanding they can ramp up production now according to the following statement
Santa Bárbara has grizzly, primary crusher, and high speed drums to install (March 2008)
They would further be able to provide I/O from Santa Fe where CSBM has an active swap agreement and from wat I understand ADY has upgraded the facilities at the Santa Fe mine as well.
