There is no way in the world that they would have a CR and then release trial results that are bad. They would be laughed off of the ASX and most likely prosecuted in some way.
This CR bodes well I believe. Their advisors have probably been smashed with requests to get on board with a decent parcel bought through a CR. So they have told RAP to do it now while the money is on offer instead of later.
