I can see the logic there. But in the interest of a balanced opinion, one could also apply this logic to a counter argument. Given that we are just off the 52 week high (.28c), you could argue they are uncertain and not so confident about results. If they were confident, why not release results, wait for a stronger monthly average and then CR at a higher price per share, say 30c?
(Note that I don't believe this is the case, Im just showing how easy it is to speculate either way based on the information we have)
