I agree RB that the legal route is an absolute last resort. No real winners there. Correct me if l am wrong, but the Cannepil will not bring significant revenue for years. I only say this because any new drug has to go through extensive clinical trials which can take up to ten years. Its all well and good to say Cannepil is ready for production, but what market is going to allow it without years of clinical trials and evidence obtained their in? MM is not going to be treated with preferential treatment. The authority to use it in clinical trials is also not going to produce revenue as the drugs are supplied free of charge. Can you please clarify how you see meaningful revenue coming even within the next five years? Cheers.
