I thank those nervous nellies for another 1mill added today. All this speculation that management have dropped the ball, blah blah blah. I take no news as good news. I feel sorry for those that got shaken of their shares today, they just kissed some potential profits away!

Remind yourself that management had to have the deal completed by the 15th September, we have not heard otherwise, the timeline didn’t say they had to announce to the market by the 15th.

Purely just taking a positive look at it, if the deal was completed on Saturday for instances it would take a few days to inform the ASX (they don’t work weekends) prepare an announcment etc etc. for those of you who are investing without knowing corporate processes need to really DYOR. It’s not a matter of deals signed then press a button and announcement comes out. There would be many processed in between, everyone too busy wanting a quick turn around on their investments.

IMO if management were able to give us some kind of message which didn’t involve the ASX, we probably would have something by now. The ASX governs and analyses all company actions and documentation before it is released to the markets. So I say take a chill pill, we will find out soon enough, one way or the other.

I personally think if the deal had fallen over, we would already know about it. The ASX hasn’t pulled us up on any volume or price inquiries, reading between the lines I would like to think they know what’s going on hence they are not intervening.
