Hi Aj,

Many small cap companies that have gone to the capital trough a fair bit may be lucky to have their Top 50 control 20% of capital. It is also a function of the number of shareholders that a company has on its register. I am not certain how many shareholders SBN currently have but I would guess about 3 or 4 thousand so for the the top 50 to control over 50% of the capital, SBN as a small cap stock would be regarded as being fairly tightly held. This often happens when you have a stable Top 20 where its members like the prospects of the company and continue to accumulate over time.
