But as it stands officially, the only CVN management comment is they will be the operator of Buffalo.

So as a dude that lives in the real world, that is what I accept.

Not comments from others, who provide technical advise from diagrams published in presentations or others who state this percentage of Buffalo will be farmed out etc, etc, etc.

In the end these opinions (sometimes passed off as facts - boils my blood as it could effect whether a newbie invests or not) make no bloody difference to CVN managements' decisions or the S/P.
