@willious it was more a tongue in cheek comment at everyone celebrating this ann like the deal is signed, whereas it's actually long winded way of saying there's another delay.

Remember they originally said 45 days, then needed 10 extra, and now need 10 extra again. Also notice that no extra precedents are satisfied since the last update, just further progressed.

I really hope they get it done before October 2nd like they say, but their track record isn't exactly the best at this point. I'm starting to wonder if JB is stretching himself a bit thin among the other companies he runs now.
