have been out of AUZ for awhile, and waiting for it to make some financing decisions.
When i read that Bergen was involved, I have to say....this is a BIG concern to me. Those guys are players who look to take advantage of companies in a weak position. TAKE advantage is what they seem to do.....others may say they are just shrewd business-persons......and that may be true,....but from what I have observed is those companies that take them on as investors....the shareholders generally suffer.
Very sorry to read about the management taking them on. MEANS to me they are involved in taking the shareholders for a ride, or don't tell a good enough story to sell to other potential investors.
Makes me wonder about the so called brilliance of the management as some profess on this site.
