I have and from my experience over 10 years it was bloody horrible.

Vicious mood swings with bouts of uncontrollable violence.
She was only on marijuana.
I could not imagine if she was on ice or harder drugs.
Child abuser? Yes she was on occasion. Usually when she had no dope to calm her.
You want these drugs legal.
Bloody crazy idea as the streets are crazy enough now.
