ATO doesn't allow people to sell shares to avoid taxes. Basically, you can't sell share at loss and buy same shares within certain days . Why don't these rules apply to shorters? The management and/or Aus gov should step up and save company from manipulator. IMO, all LI producers Aus mining companies (ORE, AJM, GXY) should go voluntary suspension and lock shorters for minimum 6-12months.
