Best to begin googling Springtree, la Jolla Cove, Bergen, Lind ...
I'm aware some are cutting their teeth on these types but some have witnessed it all before.
This is partly why the price has crashed IMO.
For me, it looks like the 12c option is now completely dead - they ain't paying 3X the current price.
