yes, many more were allowed in years later, especially during the "boat people" exodus, but not many were airlifted out of Saigon in the final few days before before the fall of Saigon. I can still remember the images of all those screaming Vietnamese trying to get onto these few helicopters that were ferrying the Americans out of Saigon to the ships off Saigon.
