westfield go for the big centres and develop them. centro takes a different road and focus on small centres, many in regional areas with a WW or Coles as anchors + some specialty tenants. Westfield not interested.
centro will rise out of this, even a different form/name as the underlying ozzie assets performing well. didnt pasminco go under and turned into zinifex which is going great now.
