    Been over in WA, so just read this now.

    Sorry to hear it Pokerface. IMO ANZ has acted very badly to most investors. I actually emailed them a few days ago expressing my belief that they have not acted ethically regardless of where they think they stand legally.

    Hope your lawyers do a good job for you.
