Yes, 'don't panic'.
We still have these remaining conditions to be staisfied:
- 75% Approval from AMAL SH to allow it to list on the ASX (Amendments to the Constitution)
- 75% Approval from TAW SH to support merge
- Approval of the Federal Court of Australia
It does sound like ASX listing condition will be met after merger, but it'll be good to get a clarification announcement on this.
