Thanks for sharing, loved the "knife to a gunfight" analogy, personally I think this makes it more likely Lew will need to "buy" influence with a higher level of ownership as Wilson would be more in line with Investors Mutual also, we know Lew is out for himself but if that benefits us also then I've no problem with that, I'm happy to have my holding rolled into PMV at a nice premium, to be all scrip I'd want that to be 100% premium though which I think is fair considering the fact PMV would be inheriting no debt and over $b in sales per year with significant cost savings to be achieved.
I would see that as a win/ win
