The RTO that is 4DS is a preferred vehicle for the US promoters, rather than the VC route over there. They get a higher degree of control, with less dilution.

But to expect more than minimum compliance to ASX rules is pushing the boundary of probability.

JD has at all times been conservative with timelines and has given sensible (not hyped) responses. Following that consistent line, I very much doubt we will get more detail about the imec process status than has been revealed in today's ann.

Definitely would be nice to have, but I think out of reach.
