you may be right, but one of the main reasons its gone down is because too many shares on issue - endless sellers.
If it can break through that there's a chance, but no matter the announcement, they have to be bought out. Thats what we need - sustained volume and rises, but it usually fades out - hence only amounts to a pump and dump.
Sellers are taking advantage of today, and will still be able to for a fair while. This is why the rise today compared to 12 months of falls is a tiny blip.
