ASX super wont do anything. They may informaly check with the Co. but the Co's saying nothing so dont expect the ASX to lop off its own revenue.
Merrills were finished last wed, and even then there's no way of knowing whether they had any at all.

While it may be ANZ think its just as likely its been shorted or both.
