    I agree that this gives no clearer picture to content provision other than we couldn’t get it done. Hopefully SOL have greater resources (people and cash) to achieve what we couldn’t. Not having to deal with the costs and legals associated with content is probably a better move for this startup anyway.

    It’s often what’s not in an announcement that creates the greatest inquiry. I’m starting to get the feeling that we are providing our platform and services for free on the basis of a slice of subscription revenue. Africa, Indo, WC and Brazil all seem the same. I would have assumed a licensing fee, but this hasnt materialised in any announcements or income statements. So until the subscriptions start rolling in, we remain devoid of income, despite the effort.

    With respect to SOL doing their own thing if they acquire content, I would expect (hope) that the binding agreements provide adequate protection against such a scenario within the life of the agreement.
