Deet, c'mon mate. Nova is not a DSO operation. They produce Nickel sulphide NOT nickel laterite ore.
If you want to compare like for like the Capex for a nickel sulphide operation is about $500 million give or take and the Capex for a nickel laterite operation is about $2 billion give or take. Yes b for billion.
Like for like nickel sulphide is the Rolls Royce of nickel and laterite the Toyota corolla.
