Ross should step down to COO
A high profile CEO should step in with a global reputation ( im doing exactly this in another co I have)..imagine a juno or top executuve from Cel stepping in ( US based)...these people raise billions just thru social networks alone!!
Stewart could step down..he has his shares..reinforce board there also.
Ross would be free to chase down deals.
And do we even have a sectetary? Or do we pay Ross a huge salary to book his own flights etc..
We need radical change!!!!!
