The BLM has visited the site, sign off will be very soon. No site visit unless everything is in order, thats what the BLM land legal advisor told me, the rest is formality to check the written stuff against what is in the field. if it matches then approval is forthcoming.
I think we will hear within a week BLM approval.
Capital raising still required imo but this well will be drilled, spudding is coming soon. I know from other sources capital raising has susposed to been already squared away. RS has made sure of that.
