Has anyone given any thought to the fact that they might not want to sell to anybody. I am not sure of the exact figure but I believe for every month CNP trades it receives income of about $ 40 mill in revenue. The longer it can gain the extensions, the longer it can repay these loans, don't you think that if the Banks are receiving this sort of funding repayment that they might just look a little bit more generously towards CNP now that the initial crisis is over and they are getting back to doing what they do best, managing their centers. A safe secure debt like this one is not a bad debt for the Banks to have in these days.
Just my thoughts, don't crucify me for my thoughts, just wanting to put it out there.
