The JORC's will come. The Chinese interests must be confident of this to have signed the agreement.
But with the mining licence they can start processing the old waste dumps from the previous activity and get the cash flow happening. This will then get the share price moving.
Once this starts people will look deeper and see the potential in the coal tenements which may be what Bounty is really interested in.
