For those interested...

FIL's Volume Weighted Average entry price is now 0.319

They have paid just a touch over 22m for their +69m shares.

They currently hold 10.52% of RAP, however, when the new shares are issued on Monday, that will drop back to 10.0% (unless of course they have been buying more this week).

They have been buyers up until 0.49 in September of 2016, so they clearly believe RAP is worth something north of that....and so do I.
