Re KDR Chart, page-3783

I spoke with a government rep a week ago and he advised that parties would be given 30 days to make a submission, and then once the Minister has this information he will make a decision. Hopefully the Minister has already asked for the submissions and the clock is ticking. Also hope the Minister makes a quick decision once he has the submissions.

What I am unclear about is whether the Wardens Court will be asked to make a decision on the penalty (should the Minister accept the current recommendation of the Warden to not grant an exemption). If it does go this way, then further delays.
