Yep, bought the house in Wilmington soon after arriving from Australia in 2007. As you probably know, 12 of us (SB included) settled in Wilmington to work as Silex contractors for GE-H and commission the Test Loop. GLE (initially EAGLE) was formed soon after. By the end of 2011 I resigned for personal reasons, and took a job in San Diego at a world-class laser company.
Don't live in Wilmington anymore, but still have my house there. Wilmington is close to my heart, have many friends there and that's where my daughter got married - so we also have strong family ties there.
As for the alternative enrichment technology, it is very different from Silex, and not associated with GEH. The only similarity is that it uses gaseous UF6, but other than that, different lasers (5.3um instead of 16um), different excitation scheme (3v3 instead of v3) and different harvesting method. Yes it is CRISLA. But don't worry, this is very low-key and investor funding is almost non-existent. I don't care if CRISLA and/or Silex succeeds, the winner will be laser enrichment.
