Does anyone know what Ingots intensions are??

From a rough search I found that Ingot is owned by Duncan Saville and Maurice Bass and is a vehicle used to managed two companies on the London Stock Exchange called Special Utilities Investment Trust and Stocks Convertible Trust.
It seems at least one of them is a pure investment co. focusing on listed co.s in UK, Europe, US and Aust.

It seems Saville is renowned for buying stressed companies (some have turned good, some bad). This may not be 100% correct but was just wondering if anyone knows or has heard anything??
