What gets me is some single mum on Centrelink does some part time work and does not declare it. They pursue her, deduct the money and may press charges. A bunch of Lawyers and brokers buy up some clagged out tenements throw them together and float it as a discovery play. Issue low performance rights, give cheap shares to all your advisers, Capital raise after another till finally change to a dope/ Cobalt Lit/ CRYPO.
rinse and repeat and shake out millions. Walk away no charges, maybe stop you being a director. Screw the old people, what about a royal com into the ASX.
