The shareholder who exercised those options now owns a fully paid (normal) share and they can sell them or hold them as they want.

It's great for CPV'S cash reserves but may put pressure on the share price if those 1.86 million shares are offloaded into the market over 1 or 2 days, which may have occurred yesterday or proceeding days.

As this stock trades such small volume, 1.86 million shares can be a significant driver into the red for short term holders.

It's also a reminder that any or all options that are "in the money" can be exercised and sold if the shareholder/s desire. These sales can depress the price but the upside is $$$ pouring into CPV coffers.

Its all normal stuff, There will be investors happy to buy the shares at the low end of the trading range.

5 million shares traded yesterday, so that means 5 million shares were bought, by those that sold.
