Yes, arbitrage is very different to propping. obviously if anything was done prior to the merger ratio being decided then that is another thing but ASIC would be hitting it if it was a real isse.
Agree with you conclusion i.e. don't have a problem with BEN/ADB other tan isses facing the sector and if anything BEN/ADB well placed - refer last results and comments made by rob hunt re loan book.
