i am interested to find out more about voting no on res 9.
I do have some concern about price manipulation so the sophisticated investors can get some cheap shares. However, wouldn't this extra money be necessary to carry out further work and voting against this could slow the company down.

I imagine that they are using sophisticated investors because they have not released detailed historical drill results and would have to release these is the raising was available to the public. Correct me if i'm wrong.
