    UK trader as I understand it "Money" is still the main hold up. Roads etc OK and I thought foundations were / had been poured but apparently "not so" according to my informant, so again not "on target" ATM for mid 2018 production. Also I suspect T/O suitors awaiting confirmation of "money in the Bank" but it must be close.
